Amb. Aminou Akadiri is the Executive Director of the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI) and the Africa Union Business Council (AfBC), as well as Vice President of the Africa Caribbean Pacific Business Forum. Based in Abuja, Nigeria, he leads initiatives to strengthen the participation of West African private sector actors in regional economic integration under ECOWAS, organizing training and capacity-building sessions, sharing regional business strategies with policymakers, and facilitating implementation of trade agreements. He is a recognized advocate for joint ventures and enterprise development across agroindustry, pharmaceuticals, transport, automotive, construction, and building materials sectors.

Aminou brings extensive regional and international expertise, having served as a consultant and expert with the ECOWAS Commission on investment policy and code development, and as a UNIDO Expert on business-to-business connectivity. He is a member of the technical committee for the ECOWAS Business and Investment Forums and played a central role in establishing the ECOWAS Regional Business Association. Through his leadership, he promotes private sector efficiency, investment facilitation, and strategic partnerships, positioning West Africa as a preferred destination for investors while supporting sustainable regional economic growth.
