As the Executive Director of the Federation of West African Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FEWACCI) and the Africa Union Business Council (AfBC), he has developed exceptional expertise in private sector development, cross-border trade policies, and regional economic cooperation.

His contributions to economic development across Africa have been significant and impactful.

Ambassador Akadiri played a crucial role in the development of ECOWAS protocols on trade, investment, and free movement, particularly initiatives connected with the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA). He has also served as a consultant and expert for the ECOWAS Commission, where he contributed to drafting the ECOWAS Investment Policy and Code.
